I work in the space between what a clinician writes down and what a claim becomes — making sure nothing is lost, misread or lost again.
My work spans medical transcription, ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS coding, transition support and classroom training across multiple specialties. I've handled every note type a department can throw at you, and I've taught coding concepts to people starting from scratch — anatomy first, codes second, always tied back to real documentation.
